- Governors are to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful and collegial manner exercising the care, diligence and skill that a reasonably prudent person would exercise in comparable circumstances, while carrying out their responsibilities in accordance to By-Law No. 1 and in compliance with the Governance and Accountability Policy Directive for Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology, 2023 and the Conflict of Interest Policy Directive for Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology, 2023.
