Partial-load Registry

Effective the 2026–2027 academic year, all current or previously employed partial-load employees will be automatically registered for partial-load priority consideration for the following semester.

The automatic registration will assume your availability to be 12 hours per week. If your availability is less than 12 hours per week, please complete this form by no later than April 30, 2026.

Upon completion of this online form, you will receive an email confirmation of submission. Please retain this confirmation for your records. If you do not see the submission email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you want to revise your submission, please re-submit prior to the April 30th (11:59PM) deadline.
