New season, new pathway

Seneca has added Queen’s University as its latest partner in the Liberal Arts University Transfer (LAT) program, expanding degree pathways for students. Graduates of Seneca’s two‑year LAT diploma may be considered for admission to Queen’s Faculty of Arts and Science with access to a wide range of Arts programs.

More Seneca firsts

Seneca’s first‑ever Grad Week brought together 12 in‑person and virtual sessions supporting graduating students and recent alumni. The week featured a vibrant Grad Experience Hub at Newnham Campus, welcoming 350 students to connect with partners, celebrate milestones and access career‑ready supports. In another first, Seneca's Faculty of Communication, Art & Design held two days of showcase events in April at our Newnham and Seneca@York campuses. These events gave students the chance to demonstrate their skills and creativity in front of industry leaders and other enthusiastic audiences.

Win/win

Our King Campus has welcomed a special new resident: Havana, a 16- year- old retired RCMP Musical Ride horse now joining her former stablemate Olela. The adoption marks Seneca’s second partnership with the RCMP, reflecting a shared commitment to animal welfare and hands‑on learning for veterinary and animal health students.
