Degree: achelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE)
Graduates of the Certificate in Real Property Assessment (CRPA) may be granted up to 24 credits (General Education, Real Estate Core and Real Estate Specialty) towards the BBRE degree. To be eligible for a University of British Columbia (UBC) BBRE, students must successfully complete at least 60 credits directly with UBC. These credits must satisfy certain degree requirements, including General Education courses (21 credits), General Business courses (39 credits), Real Estate Core courses (27 credits), Real Estate Specialty courses (15 credits) and 18 credits of Unspecified Electives.
The General Education and the majority of the Business courses of the UBC BBRE may be completed online through Thompson Rivers University (TRU) – Open Learning or with other approved postsecondary providers. The remaining UBC BBRE Real Estate Core, Specialty and Elective courses are delivered by distance through the UBC Real Estate Division.
