• Apply research skills to gather and interpret available information to inform business decisions.

• Analyze the social, political, cultural, and technological environment of the organization to identify factors that impact business decision making.
• Examine frameworks of equity, diversity and inclusion and sustainability to respond to current business challenges and opportunities.
• Communicate information persuasively and accurately in oral, written and graphic formats using business language and terminology.
