For Angela Yeung, the EVC program was a match made in heaven: the program’s emphasis on experiential learning was exactly what the driven, aspiring event industry professional was looking for and needed to step into the industry.
For the EVC program, Yeung represented the excellence of a Seneca education and its students: they were presented the Norm Neil Student Award by Meeting Professionals International (MPI)’s Toronto chapter in 2023; they were a semi-finalist of the International University Challenge at the IMEX-MPI Future Leaders Forum in 2024 and will be a finalist at IMEX Frankurt in 2025.
A member of the Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners, Yeung is the founder of BzMix Solutions, where they also serve as the event strategist.
