Belinda holds a BA (Honours) and MA in history from McGill University and a PhD in history from Princeton University. She is a Fulbright Scholar and a SSHRC scholarship winner. Belinda began her career at Seneca teaching for the Liberal Arts program. Since 2008, she has designed six new courses adding a stronger global and research content to Seneca’s diploma- and degree-level electives. She enjoys exploring the history, culture, politics, and literature of East Asia and South Asia, and unsolved Canadian murders with her students through both online and hybrid electives.
