Support Students through Awards, Bursaries & Scholarships

Awards are a powerful way to make a lasting difference in a student’s life. Your generosity provides direct support to learners, helps them stay focused on their studies and allows you to give back to Seneca in a meaningful and personal way. Many donors also choose to create awards in honour of a friend, family member or mentor, leaving a legacy that inspires future talent.

At Seneca, we believe no student should have to put their education on hold because of financial barriers. Your support helps ensure students stay in school, graduate on time and step confidently into their dream careers.

Every dollar you donate goes directly to funding student awards.

If you’d like to contribute to an existing award, bursary or scholarship, please donate now.

Awarding process

Seneca has an annual award cycle.

Faculty recommendations are taken into consideration when required. Donors are not involved in the application or selection of award recipients.

Testimonials

"I left my career of 25 years in information technology to dedicate the next chapter of my life to working with seniors. I decided to enrol in the Social Service Worker - Gerontology program at Seneca. Reaching the end of the two-year program, I can conclude that it was a very good choice. I would like to express my deepest thanks for receiving this award. Going back to school after so many years, with English as my second language, required many sacrifices."

Orna Rabinoviz, Walker Wood Social Service Worker (Gerontology) Award recipient
