As mandated by the Office of the Supervisor of Financial Institutions, Canadian financial institutions must comply with the E-21 Operational Risk Management Guideline. This workshop will build on the student's fundamental understanding of risk and cover the important Operational Risk Management skill set required within the insurance and financial industry in Canada. Upon successful completion, students will be equipped to properly identify, assess and mitigate operational risks across the financial industry.

This workshop will build on the student's fundamental understanding of risk and cover the important Operational Risk Management and Resilience skill set required within the Canadian financial industry. Upon successful completion, students will be equipped to properly identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across the financial industry, understand the fundamentals of resilience, and to communicate and report on risks and their potential impact within an organization and the overall economy.
