This course offers a comprehensive guide to managing organizational change from inception to completion. Students will be equipped with essential frameworks, tools, and strategies to effectively plan, implement, and sustain change across diverse organizational settings. A key component of the course is a hands-on simulation project, where students will practice the planning and execution phases of change management.
