The Cybesecurity Analyst -Security Operations microcredential introduces students monitoring, identifying, investigating and responding to threats in multicloud environments. The Cybesecurity Analyst -Security Operations microcredential prepares students to challenge the Microsoft SC-200 certification exam.

• Identify, investigate, and remediate security risks by using Microsoft Defender and Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Investigate and respond to alerts generated from data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
• Recommend attack surface reduction (ASR) for devices.
• Identify devices at risk by using the Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.
• Assess and recommend cloud workload protection.
• Identify and select appropriate data sources to be ingested for Microsoft Sentinel to improve threat hunting.
