Students will be introduced to an integrated and strategic approach to understanding risk management and business continuity in the hospitality, tourism, and travel industries. Students will explore topics such as natural hazards, geography, accidents and disasters, crisis management, public relations, communication, and knowledge management theory. Focus will be placed on effective planning and management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity during crises.
