This course covers the various jurisdictions, how to locate specific OHS legislation, the interface between statutes, regulations, codes and standards, the obligations of employers and employees, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act and Regulations, filing claims, entitlement decision making, benefits, appeals and re-employment. You must achieve a grade of 60% to pass this course.
