This course examines topics in one of the three business core course areas, mainly operations (the two others being finance and marketing). Students completing this course will have an in-depth knowledge of the responsibilities and current tools of operations managers in manufacturing and non-manufacturing organizations. Coverage includes inventory management, JIT, MRP, ERP, Intro to SAP, Quality Management, Process Improvement and Project Management.
