Admission into the Cloud Architecture and Administration Program.
An introduction to the terminology, life cycles and core processes involved in the management of IT projects. Students will acquire the skills for planning a project, determining budget and resources, estimating, identifying risk and conducting cost/benefit analysis. Techniques to bring a project in on schedule and within budget will also be covered. An overview of managing projects where multiple technologies, vendors and project teams are involved will also be addressed.
