PRM905 - Project Portfolio Risk Management

This course gives students the opportunity to learn fundamentals of project portfolio management methodologies and its design requirements. It also addresses the specific nature of risks that occur during planning and execution phases of all projects in a portfolio. It provides students with the knowledge and skills required to effectively identify and manage project risks through minimizing their levels of uncertainty and maximizing their control and the delivered values to the customer. Students apply this knowledge to improve their ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with a clear health and safety record.

Note: This course replaces PMC 240. Students who have previously taken PMC 240 are not required to take this course.
