This course immerses students in the stages of the systems/software development lifecycle using DAD (Disciplined Agile Delivery) as a framework. This includes the Inception, Construction and Transition stages. The course also highlights the Unified Process and UML, requiring students to record client requirements as Use Cases and Class Diagrams. These scope and quality requirements need to align with delivery commitments, allocated funds, resource availability and uncertainties.
