This microcredential will cover validations, picklists, marketing campaigns, user authentication, leads and opportunities, pricing and data security within the Salesforce platform. You will complete assignments through Salesforce's online learning platform (Trailhead), as well as those designed and assessed by Seneca faculty. You should have some basic knowledge of Salesforce prior to enrolling.
