Communicating and managing information is necessary in all aspects of business. Students are introduced to Microsoft Office suite of software, best practices in file management, presentation software, excel spreadsheets and the collaborative functionality of Outlook. Students develop knowledge of the various practices and the skills to create, manage, and present information using the tool as well as utilize the tool for collaboration.
