This course presents several methods of analyzing business processes, determining what the business requirements are from the processes and redesigning the processes for efficiency. Once students have a firm understanding of this theory they will have the opportunity to select a business process and conduct the business process analysis. Following this analysis, students will recommend process improvements that lead to improved efficiency and/or effectiveness.
