About the Program
Turn your diploma into a degree. This flexible program is designed to use your existing postsecondary credits or credential to complete a degree. It can also help you advance your career or pursue further post-graduate education opportunities. As an eligible diploma graduate, you can enter the degree in year three and graduate in two years. Gain practical experience and industry connections through a work term. This program is also a good fit for students without existing postsecondary experience who wish to explore a variety of subjects with flexibility while completing a bachelor’s degree.
Advanced Entry
Graduates of a diploma program may be eligible to complete this degree faster through one of our pathway options.
Sequence

A work experience that includes at least one term in a formal work environment. The work term(s) may be a paid or unpaid position that is completed between two academic semesters and requires a minimum of 420 hours of work. Success Stories
"I chose the Honours Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree because it let me use credits from my previous diploma and it allowed me to take an array of different course types. I had been away from academia for about a decade and did not know where my interests may lie. Because of this, the degree piqued my interest as it provided the ability to take courses in both hard and soft sciences.”
