Throughout this program you will develop the following skills:
Strong customer service and service‑leadership skills supported by core industry and technical knowledge
Understanding of sector needs, including business management, analytics and technology in a fast‑paced, global industry
Proficiency in full reservation and ticketing workflows and day‑to‑day travel agency operations
Experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre and Amadeus
Certification in Certified Cruise Counsellor (CCC) through Cruise Lines international Association (CLIA)
Knowledge and skills to prepare for the CTC Travel Counsellor Certification Knowledge Test, certified by the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA)
