Degree: Bachelor of Arts in Education, Education

Applicants may be eligible to transfer into the elementary education stream at Niagara University, leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Education and OCT upon completion.

This accelerated pathway allows students to complete their degree and teacher certification (OCT) in as little as two years. All required teaching placements can be completed in Ontario, typically within the student’s preferred school board.

Graduates of the eligible program at Seneca College with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 (65%) and a grade of “C” or higher in all coursework may transfer up to 60 credit hours (equivalent to two years) toward the degree at NU.

Graduates of these programs with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 (65%) are eligible for admission. A grade of “C” or higher must be achieved in Seneca coursework. Admitted transfer students will receive up to 60 hours of credit transfer (two years).

Degree: Bachelor of Science, Hotel & Restaurant Management – Food & Beverage Management, Luxury Hospitality Operations or Hotel Planning, Development & Operations

Degree: Master of Business Administration or Master of Science in Finance

Seneca graduates with an overall GPA of “B” or higher are eligible to apply and will be exempt from the need to complete the required 18 hours of prerequisite coursework (500-level courses). Any student with a GPA below 3.30 (B+) will be required to complete the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) exam. Students who graduate from Seneca with an overall GPA of 3.30 (B+) or higher are not required to take the GMAT. A minimum of two years of related work experience, including any co-op experience is a required component of the program. Students with less than two years of related work experience must meet this requirement before the completion of the program at Niagara University (NU). As part of the application, students will be required to submit a resumé/CV, personal statement and two letters of recommendation. The Master of Science in Finance is offered at NU’s Ontario campus located in Vaughan. The MBA program is offered at both NU’s Vaughan Campus and at Seneca’s Newnham Campus.

Degree: Master of Science in Information Security and Digital Forensics

Seneca graduates with an overall GPA of 3.0 (B) or higher are eligible to apply and will be exempt from completing the required 12 hours of prerequisite coursework. Any student with a GPA below 3.0 (B) will be required to complete the Graduate Records Examination (GRE). Students who graduated from Seneca with an overall GPA of 3.0 (B) or higher are not required to take the GRE. Aspart the application, students will be required to submit a resumé/CV, personal statement and two letters of recommendation. This program is offered at Niagara University's Ontario campus located in Vaughan and at Seneca’s Newnham Campus in North York, Ontario.
