This two-year diploma program is designed to prepare you for a career in the global hotel and hospitality industry. In this program, you will build a strong foundation in guest services, operations and management, while developing knowledge on how to navigate client-facing environments. Our industry aligned curriculum integrates in-demand digital and social media competencies with real-world applications that enhance human centered hospitality.

Graduates of Hospitality – Hotel & Restaurant Services Management with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher have an advanced entry pathway toward Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Specialization.

This program is offered in Seneca's hybrid delivery format with some courses available in Seneca's flexible delivery format. Some coursework is online and some must be completed in person. Students will need to come on campus to complete in-person learning requirements.
In courses delivered in the flexible format, using interactive learning spaces, professors teach in person to students in a physical classroom or lab and stream to students online at the same time. Students have a choice of coming to campus for an in-person experience or learning online.

The Hospitality lab offers a front and back-of-house training environment with a commercial kitchen, simulated restaurant and bar, and vertical gardens that supply fresh herbs.
